Hidden Valley Lake, Middletown and Cobb are seeing big market shifts! Hidden Valley Lake had more recent sales but lower prices and longer market times, while Middletown was showing rising prices and more new listings. Cobb/Loch Lomond saw an increase in new listings, price per SF & number of homes sold. Homes are still going into contract weekly across south Lake County. With fall upon us, we are likely to see a slight down tick in activity but rates will ultimately be the deciding factor.
