Price reductions have decreased in the Lake County market, reaching a low that hasn’t been seen since March. With the market getting more expensive, there were 103 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, Solano County had 223 price reductions in the same time frame, the most of all nearby counties. Prices are rising in Lake County, and the median sales price this period increased from $200,000 to $225,000. In spite of the drop in price reductions, with the availability of seven months of inventory, Lake County is still a solid buyer’s market.
